Set A Call Schedule
Use the schedule widget to set a timing for your calls.
You can set a custom schedule that routes calls based on “open” or closed “hours” and make sure that even call that come in when your team is away from the office are still getting to the right place.
- Route to a voicemail after business hours
- Forward calls to a call center during lunch
- Set callers to go to your on call agent during after hours
You can assign any of our call flow widgets to the “Open” Or “Closed” options and continue adding steps from there such as “Forward”, “Voicemail” and “Menu”
